みなさん　こんにちは。 First of all, we wish to express our gratitude for everyone’s usual cooperation. We were very busy this year with Shinjuku Minami, Ootemachi 1-1-B, Roppongi 3Choume, Saitama projects. There was no big mistake nor delayed schedule in these projects. And, we were able to deliver shop drawing to the client. And it received high acclaim from the client. It is a reason why it leads to the next work.

Currently, new building construction and Japan’s redevelopment are very active toward the Olympics in 2022. A lot of new big projects are scheduled. I challenge the big projects for next year from the end of this year. And it is necessary to make it succeed. The one demanded to us is power, speed and accuracy. Communcations of WTD and WTDP should be made better in it. Useless work and back job decrease when communication improves. For instance, It is possible to question on the doubt point soon. Decision item can be reflected in the drawing soon. Which drawing is most urgent can be confirmed. Confirmation of check point in drawing, etc… Anything can be readily confirmed. When communication is attempted, these are improved. Of course word is important in communication. Therefore, please continue study of Japanese every day,
